By accessing or using Post That Get This (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service and any referenced policies. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for safeguarding API keys and account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

• No unlawful, harmful, or abusive use.
• No attempts to bypass rate limits or security controls.
• No misuse of the Service to process prohibited content or personal data without proper rights.

4. Data & Content

You retain rights to your data. You grant us a limited license to process it to provide the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have rights and legal basis to submit data.

5. Service Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when practical. Beta features may change without notice.

6. Fees & Billing

Paid plans (when applicable) are billed per the pricing page. You remain responsible for charges until cancellation. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us in the past 3 months or (b) $100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or to protect the Service.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding its conflicts of law rules, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
